His operating experience in the Portuguese market — its regulatory architecture, its institutional relationships, and the trust dynamics that determine whether foreign operators succeed here — spans more than a decade.

FAIRBANK was founded on a specific observation: that information asymmetry in the Portuguese property market consistently disadvantaged foreign capital, not because the information did not exist, but because no credible infrastructure existed to organise and deliver it. That observation became the foundation for a broader thesis about where sophisticated operators could create durable value in Portugal.
